There are enumerable reasons for a constitutional amendment recalling the President of the United States and for calling a convention of the states with the express purpose of adding such an amendment to our constitution. The reasons for such action to now be taken are absolutely essential to protect the republic, our nation, our citizens and the rights of our citizens that are guaranteed by our constitution. This document will bare witnesses to the dire state of our nation and the consequences that are ahead unless such an amendment is passed with great urgency to protect our citizens from tyranny that they cannot repel nor defend themselves against.
For years, through numerous administrations of both political parties, powers have been expanded and been centralized at an alarming and excessive rate within one branch of government, that being the executive branch. This exploitation has been done at the detriment of the other branches of government without resistance. This has created an imbalance of power that was never intended by the Founding Fathers. More recently, the Judicial branch of government has been threatened by the Executive branch to dilute its authority by expanding and “packing” the Supreme Court for no other purpose than aligning the court with the political whims of the administration.
In doing so, the President of the United States, along with members of Congress, have threatened the courts, in effect, to take over the judiciary unless the Supreme Court rules on cases in their favor. This negates the very purpose for establishing an impartial court as a third branch of the government, thereby destroying the system of checks and balances which are essential to maintaining a republic. This threat to our constitution and our system of government alone, is more than sufficient reason to recall the President.
Furthermore, the current President of the United States, has demonstrated complete incompetence in running every aspect of government. He is proposing massive expenditures well beyond our nation’s ability to pay and is abandoning all fiduciary responsibility to the public. As a result of his ineptitude, inflation has come roaring into our economy, diluting the value of the dollar, eroding the savings of our citizens and hurting most those that can least afford it. With every passing month, with every passing day, Americas are paying more for essential goods and services and receiving less. This we believe will be his undoing. This gross negligence of the President is more than sufficient reason to recall him as he poses a threat to our economic stability, the security of our nation and the livelihood of all our citizens.
The current President has also failed in his duty to protect our nation from foreign invasion. He has opened our borders and in fact imported foreigners who have no allegiance to our nation while simultaneously abandoning our own United States citizens in foreign lands. A nation without borders will cease to be a nation. This action by the President is reprehensible, and a demonstration of his disregard to protect American lives. This act by the President demonstrates a contempt for the American people and the very land he was sworn to protect. Adding insult to injury, those who have petitioned our country from foreign lands around the world and obeyed all the rules and procedures to gain citizenship legally have been neglected and denied entry. We have established a system that rewards those who disobey our laws while simultaneously forsaken those who abide by our laws. This is as well, a sufficient reason to recall the President and remove him from office.
Furthermore, the current President is attempting to purge the military of any and all military leaders and service members that do not align with his political ethos thus converting the military into his own personal army to enforce his own political agenda. He has gone so far as to attempt to make the military academies and the cadets of those academies, adhere to his political agenda which undermines the integrity to protect and defend the nation as a whole, not a nation divided.
Additionally, the incompetence of this President, as head of the largest military power in the world is harrowing. Under his direct orders, the President has proven he is incapable of being the Commander in Chief as was demonstrated in complete surrender of the nation of Afghanistan to enemy forces and abandoning to those enemies billions of dollars’ worth of our equipment which will be used to create more terror. Be it incompetence or intent, this President is guilty of funding our enemies and terrorist groups around the world. In addition to this catastrophe, the President has silenced all military personal who have questioned the debacle he has created and imprisoned those who have spoken out against him. These actions defy their civil rights as soldiers and American citizens. These are more than sufficient reasons to recall the President in order that we may protect our own citizens and negate the danger he poses to the nation and the world.
Also, this President has completely failed to protect our nation’s health. His policies have been inconsistent, consequently rather than solve a health crisis he has chosen instead to issue edicts, mandates and threats to our citizens both private and public to adhere and comply with his failed strategies, policies and procedures. Millions of citizens are now in jeopardy of losing their jobs due to his draconian measures. As a result of these mandates, not only has the health of the nation suffered but has it has been undermined as essential health care workers are needlessly forced out of work. The same can be said for all public service members as the President has made such threats against military personnel as well and even gone so far as to propose dishonorable discharges for members of the military who refused to take questionable vaccines that are known to have serious debilitating side effects. His incoherent policies have contributed to massive supply chain backlogs as dock workers, truck drivers and other essential components in the distribution of goods have been affected by needless lockdowns and mandates. These actions have negatively affected the personnel of our most important positions in our nation and clearly demonstrate the urgent need to remove this President from office.
It should be noted that though the current President is a dismal failure, there has long been the need to add a recall amendment to the constitution. The constitution was written to create a balance of power within our nation so that the people would never become subjects of a tyrannical government again. Over the years the executive branch has become increasingly more powerful than the other branches of government with little or no regard to the spirit of the constitution or the wishes of the people. Our constitution and the freedoms and liberties it guarantees its citizens are now at threat of being permanently extinguished unless a remedy is immediately sought and ratified.
The current President is guilty of gross negligence and abhorrent atrocities, each one a serious offense sufficient to remove him and his administration from office; however, there has been a long history of Presidents, of both parties, who have in the past engaged in activity that was equally as grievous but were not held accountable. Agencies of our federal government that were established to serve the best interest of the public have been weaponized for political motives to attack the very citizens they are sworn to protect. Such agencies as the FBI, the CIA, the IRS, the Justice Department, the NSA, Homeland Security, OSHA, the EPA, the Department of Education and many others, have been used and manipulated by Presidents of the United States, to bring hostilities to citizens of their choosing and to political adversaries. The President, in each case, has proven to be so powerful that they have not been held accountable by the courts or by congress. This has established a precedence for abuse that has grown worse from one administration to the next. Because there has been no check on the Presidents power, the lack of accountability has created a de facto monarchy whereby the President rules more like a king than like a public servant. The very intent for creating a President was to elect an individual to the highest position of public servitude whose duties were NOT to serve a political party but to serve ALL the people in the land according to the laws and rights that were guaranteed them by the constitution and ordained by God.
Over the years, the very concept of public servitude has been shredded via abuses by “executive order” which has long allowed Presidents to replace laws with mandates and decrees without the consent or approval of Congress. This abuse undermines the very intent and purpose for which Congress was created, to give the citizens who elected them representation in government. This has created an enormous imbalance of power for the President needs not adhere to the wishes of the court or the elected bodies or to the people, instead is able to institute mandates without the approval of anyone and without consequences for their actions however horrendous they may be.
These are just a few of the reasons why it is necessary for the citizens to be granted the ultimate authority to remove any sitting President as well as the administration they have put in power. In the case of the current President, all of the egregious offences that have been listed, have been committed within the first year of his four-year term. The amount of damage this President could cause to our nation over the next three remaining years of his four-year term is not only mortifying but incalculable. Remedies, such as impeachment have not only been ineffective in removing a President in the past but does not in and of itself resolve an even greater issue, and that is removing the corrupt and incompetent administration the President has put in place.
The Founding Fathers did their best with the knowledge they had at the time to give us provisions to remove a disastrous President via an impeachment process, but astute as they were they could not conceive that a congress would be complicit in undermining the constitution which appears now to be the case. Therefore, we have no provision in the constitution to remedy this abuse of power except one, to amend the constitution that would grant the people the power and authority to remove a President from office. It is now necessary and exceeding urgent than such an amendment be added and ratified by the states to that would give the people the ultimate power to remove the President and Vice President by a vote of confidence and elect a new President and Vice President to replace them. In order for this to be achieve our founding fathers enacted Article V of the constitution which reads as follows: “The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution. OR, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds (33) of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths (38) of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths (38) thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratifications may be proposed by the Congress…”
It should be noted that Article V has successfully been used to amend the Constitution twenty-seven times in the history of our country, the last time was in 1992. In each case, Congress sent to the states by a majority of three fourths vote the amendment to be ratified; however, if congress does not itself propose the amendment, the states have the right and obligation to call for a Convention with the express purpose of amending the Constitution without congressional approval. Currently, there is an active proposal to convene the states for an amendment to curtail the power of the federal government. A total of fifteen states have passed resolutions in favor of a convention to convene on these issues. The measure to recall the President of the United States is another issue entirely. It is a singular issue, and not broad in context.
There are three roads ahead. First would be for three fourths of Congress to send an amendment to the states to be ratified which would enact an amendment for the recall of the President. This option is not likely considering the current makeup of congress, albeit that could change. The second option would be for two thirds of the states to call for a Convention to write an amendment that would establish recall provisions. Then three fourths of the state’s legislative bodies would have to ratify that amendment for it to become law. Once it has become law the states, or Congress, could meet and vote for the referendum to recall the President. That would then precede the actual election. The election would replicate the electoral college, which was itself established as the twelfth amendment to the constitution. Thus, by a majority of the electoral college the President could be removed and replace simultaneously by another President and administration.
Should such amendment become law, it would forever change the Presidency. It would give the people of the states the ultimate authority as to who will lead their nation. Whenever a President, now or in the future, abuses their power, or proves to be incompetent, is derelict of duty, corrupt or immoral, or leads in any way that is an affront to the will of the people, that President and the entire administration can be replaced. By establishing such an amendment, the President and the administration will know that the people have the ultimate power and that it is in their hands. Such a provision in the constitution will re-establish the system of checks and balances that was the intent of the founders and is absolutely necessary for the republic to remain free.
The third option that is available would be to do nothing. Inaction will guarantee that the abuse of power will escalate and continue unchecked. Without holding presidents accountable for their actions, the nation will devolve into tyranny and chaos at the hands of those who have no regard for people they were elected to serve and protect. Liberties will be quashed without recourse and the end of our democratic republic will be a certainty.
Our founders created a country where the power to govern would remain in the hands of its citizens. They also knew that if the citizens did not exercise the authority that was given us, that in time, we would lose the very nation they fought and died for. We are at the precipitous moment in history where we take the action necessary to save our great country or return to the rule of despots and tyranny.
The choice is yours. We hope you join us. We need people in every state to act immediately. We are fighting for you, our freedoms, our future and the survival of our nation.

Great attention has gone into this article, and the information entailed needs to be shared on a much larger platform. Our country is in dire need of a competent, transparent and true leader right now. A leader who is more concerned about US citizens than his or her own personal gain. Joe Biden is not that person. God help us, and may God bless the USA.

All Americans have pledged allegiance to our flag and the Republic for which it stands with liberty and justice for all. It is our obligation to wrest power from those who would damage and destroy the greatest free country that has ever existed. Our forefathers forecast that we would have to do this. The time is NOW.
Without America there is no free world, and we are on a very slippery slope.
America belongs to us. Our children belong to us. Our bodies belong to us. We must defend our Constitution NOW or become enslaved forever.
